How to Use the PROFlex Strap – In this video Cindy, PT with Adaptive Equipment Corner demonstrates exercises and stretches that can be performed with the Vive PROFlex Strap, as well as how it can be used as a leg lifter.

Exercises using the PROFlex:
- Seated Calf Stretch
- Sitting Knee Flexion / Knee Bending (Great for getting knee bending motion after knee surgery)
- Standing Quadriceps Stretch
- Shoulder Internal Rotation Stretch (Reaching behind your body like tucking in a shirt or fastening a bra)
- Shoulder External Rotation / Flex (Reaching up and behind your head like fixing/combing your hair)
- Heel Slide (Great for getting knee bending motion after a knee surgery, also used to assist with leg weakness and after some hip surgeries depending on the surgery)
- Hamstring Stretch
MULTIPLE USES AS A LEG LIFTER (for improved versatility and control over that of a standard leg lifter)
Can be used:
- Closed with one hand or two
- Open with one hand or two
- Connected with velcro straps to form complete loop (to assist those with use of only one hand)
